Scope, delivery & proposed payment terms
One consolidated revision round within the accepted concept and content count. New concepts or extra pieces need a separate quote. Provide brand assets and confirm usage rights. English only. Sprints target 24-hour previews after payment, complete intake and manual acceptance; written scripts are text deliverables only; no videos are produced.
Deposit plan: 50% starts work; 50% is due only on customer approval. Previews are watermarked. Final unwatermarked downloads stay locked until the provider confirms full payment. A declined charge never releases files. No automatic approval or balance charge from inactivity.
Proposed cancellation/refund policy, subject to owner approval and legal review: before work starts, payments are refundable; after work starts, any retained amount must reflect agreed work completed, with any unearned amount refunded. A deposit is not automatically nonrefundable. Statutory rights remain unaffected. No additional work or charges without agreement.
These payment and refund terms are drafts, not a live checkout agreement. Final scope, delivery date, cancellation rules, notice timing and any applicable tax treatment must be confirmed before payments open. Sending a request does not accept a paid order or authorize a charge.
